摘要
目的探讨70岁及以上老年人群中尿酸(UA)水平增高与高血压前期(PreHBP)、糖尿病前期(IGR)的关系。方法对2552例70岁及以上的老年人群采取横断面研究,进行现场体格检查和一般资料的问卷调查,以IGR、PreHBP为应变量,以血UA、血脂等危险因素为自变量,分析其对糖尿病、高血压发病的影响。结果总人群中IGR合并PreHBP人群的UA值高于正常组,但是差异没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。回归分析显示,UA水平增高是IGR的危险因素,即使在调整了BMI、TG等因子后,UA的影响依然显著(P<0.05);但是UA水平增高就PreHBP的OR值却不显著(P>0.05)。结论早期对UA水平进行控制,可以有效预防糖尿病的发生。
Objective To explore the relationship between the increase of uric acid(UA)level and pre-hypertension and pre-diabetes in the elderly over 70 years old,and to provide the basis for the prevention of diabetes mellitus in the elderly population.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2 552 elderly people over 70 years old.The field physical examination and questionnaire survey of general data were carried out.Logistic regression analysis was used to examine which variables were statistically significant risk factors for the relevant confounders.Results The level of UA in the general population with pre-diabetes combined with pre-hypertension were higher than those in normal blood pressure and blood glucosethe groups,but the difference was not statistically significant.Regression analysis showed that hyperuricemia was a risk factor for pre-diabetes-,even after adjusting for BMI,TG and other factors,the effect of UA was still significant(P<0.05),but the OR value of pre-hypertension was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Hyperuricemia seems to be associated with pre-diabetes but not with pre-hypertension.If the level of UA is controlled at an early stage,it could effectively prevent the occurrence of diabetes mellitus.
