摘要
为了在系统资源有限的情况下实现转子动不平衡测量,提出了一种利用Goertzel算法实现转子动不平衡测量的方法。介绍了方法的基本原理。将所提方法与传统傅里叶变换(DFT)方法进行对比。对方法进行了仿真分析。利用所提方法在转子试验台进行了动不平衡测量实验。在数字信号处理器(DSP)芯片中对不同方法的运行时间进行了估计。理论分析和实验结果证明了方法的正确性,且方法计算量和资源消耗量小于传统DFT方法。利用Goertzel算法可实现转子动不平衡的准确测量,且该方法具有需求资源小、运算时间少的优点。
In order to measure the dynamic unbalance of the rotor under the condition of limited system resources,a method of rotor dynamic unbalance measurement utilizing the Goertzel algorithm was proposed.The basic principles of the method were presented.The method was compared with the traditional discrete Fourier transform(DFT)method,and simulation analysis was conducted.The rotor dynamic unbalance was measured on a test rig based on the proposed method.The run time of the different methods was estimated on a digital signal processor(DSP)chip.Theoretical analysis and experimental results prove the correctness of the method,and it requires less time and resources than the traditional DFT method.Rotor dynamic unbalance can be accurately measured utilizing the Goertzel algorithm and the algorithm requires little computing time and resources.
