芜湖市某中学学生超重和肥胖流行现状及影响因素的研究

Study on the prevalence and influencing factors of overweight and obesity among students in a middle school in Wuhu City

目的:了解芜湖市某中学学生超重和肥胖的流行现状及影响因素,为相关部门制定相应干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法选取芜湖市某中学1295名初一、初二、初三部分班级学生,以问卷形式对其进行超重和肥胖的流行病学调查。结果:本次调查超重的检出率是9.7%,肥胖的检出率是5.1%,其中男、女生超重的检出率分别是9.7%和9.6%,男、女生肥胖的检出率分别是4.8%和5.4%。单因素分析显示,独生子女、母亲学历是儿童青少年超重和肥胖的影响因素。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,独生子女(OR=1.975,95%CI:1.243~3.138)是儿童青少年超重和肥胖的危险因素。母亲学历大专及以上(OR=0.525,95%CI:0.301~0.914)是儿童青少年超重和肥胖的保护因素。结论:该校儿童青少年超重和肥胖的检出率较高且与是否独生子女以及母亲学历相关,应该引起家庭、学校和社会高度重视,积极采取针对性措施减少超重和肥胖的发生。

Objective:To analyse the prevalence and influencing factors of overweight and obesity among students in a middle school in Wuhu City,and provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate corresponding intervention measures.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1 295 students in the first,second and third grades of a middle school in Wuhu City.The epidemiological survey of overweight and obesity was conducted by questionnaire.Results:The detection rate of overweight in this survey was 9.7%,and the detection rate of obesity was 5.1%.The detection rates of overweight among boys and girls were 9.7% and 9.6% respectively.The detection rates of obesity in boys and girls were 4.8% and 5.4% respectively.Univariate analysis showed that only children,and mother education were the influencing factors of overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the only child ( OR =1.975,95% CI:1.243-3.138) was a risk factor for overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.Mother education and above ( OR =0.525,95% CI:0.301-0.914) are protective factors for overweight and obesity in children and adolescents.Conclusions:The school's children and adolescents have a high detection rate of overweight and obesity,related to age,whether they are only children and mothers' education.They should be highly valued by families,schools and society,and actively take targeted measures to reduce the occurrence of overweight and obesity.
