赣州市大学生艾滋病知晓现状及性行为影响因素分析

An Analysis on AIDS Knowledge Status and Influencing Factors of Sexual Behavior of College Students in Ganzhou

目的:了解赣州市在校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓现状以及性行为的影响因素,为针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法对江西省赣州市三所高校的1390名大学本科生使用自行设计的《大学生艾滋病健康知识问卷》进行匿名问卷调查。结果:本次调查发现,赣州市大学生的艾滋病知晓率较低。性行为的发生率为7.89%,其中男生性行为发生率(13.94%)高于女生(3.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);87.04%的大学生第一次性行为的对象为恋爱对象,51.85%的调查对象在第一次性行为中会使用安全套作为避孕措施,性别差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。性行为发生的影响因素Logistic回归分析结果表明:男生、高年级、每月可支配生活费用高者更容易发生性行为。结论:大学生群体艾滋病相关知识知晓率低,男生发生性行为的比例显著高于女生,并且性行为中安全套的使用比例不高。因此学校需针对学生相关现状,积极开展艾滋病防治工作,提高艾滋病的知晓率和安全性行为的意识。

Objective:To understand the status of knowledge about AIDS related knowledge and the influencing factors of sexual behavior in college students in Ganzhou,in order to provide the reference for the development of AIDS health education.Methods:Using stratified cluster random sampling method,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 390 college undergraduates in three universities of Ganzhou,Jiangxi Province,using a self-designed Questionnaire on AIDS health knowledge of college students.Results:In this survey,college students in Ganzhou had poor AIDS-related knowledge;7.89% reported sexual behavior,of which,the incidence of male (13.94%) was higher than that of female students (3.43%),and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).87.04% was their lover in their first sexual experience,and 51.85% used condom in their first sexual experience,the difference between gender was no significant ( P >0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that males,senior,monthly disposable the higher cost of living,the more likely to have sexual behavior.Conclusions:The knowledge rate of HIV/AIDS among college students was low,the proportion of male sex was significantly higher than that of female,and the use rate of sexual intercourse was not high.Therefore,schools should aim at the relevant status of students,actively carry out AIDS prevention and control work,improve the awareness of safe behavior.
