摘要
总结了近年来上海能源发展对国民经济发展的支撑、三次产业结构不断调整、一次能源结构不断优化等方面的能源基本情况,并采用情景预测方法与相关用能领域预测模型相结合的方法,预测了上海"十三五"及"十四五"时期工业用能需求,最后结合"十三五"规划节能目标及相关工业经济能效指标,对上海市未来工业经济景气情况作出预判。
Summarizes the basic energy situation of Shanghai in recent years, such as the support of energy development for national economic development, the continuous adjustment of the three industrial structures, and the continuous optimization of the primary energy structure. The industrial energy demand in the 13th and 14th five-year plan period of Shanghai is forecasted by combining scenario prediction method with relevant energy field prediction model. Finally, combined with the energy saving objectives of the 13th five-year plan and related energy efficiency indicators of industrial economy, the forecast of Shanghai's future planning industrial economic prosperity is made.
