风力资源具有清洁、低碳可再生的特征,也是可再生能源领域中最具商业化规模开发的能源。风电场的节能管理工作贯穿项目设计、项目建设和项目运行的全过程。风电场的节能管理工作主要分纵横两方面。横向从设计阶段到运行阶段的全寿命节能管理,纵向从站内门窗到电场主设备等各类设备设施的节能技术。提出了风电场的精益化管理建议,对风电场节能管理的发展趋势进行了展望。

Wind power belongs to clean, low carbon and renewable energy and is the most commercialized development value among renewable energy field. Energy saving management task is whole process from project design, project construction and project operation in wind farm. There are two aspects vertically and horizontally in wind farm energy saving management task. Horizontally it is life-cycle energy saving management from design phase to operation phase. Vertically it is all kinds of facilities with energy saving technologies from plant windows and doors to main facilities in power plant. The author puts forward lean management suggestions and prospects of development trend of wind farm energy saving management.
