摘要
以夏热冬暖地区某办公建筑为研究对象,通过对当地气象条件考察,应用CFD数值模拟技术,对不同温度典型风速工况下的建筑通风效果进行模拟。结合建筑空调负荷特性,基于对不同办公区域进行通风效果对比研究,对该建筑自然通风的节能潜力进行了预测。研究结果表明,由于建筑空间结构影响,建筑内不同办公区域温度差异较大,最大温差高于10℃;节能潜力预测值为41.5MWh·a^-1,低于常规方法预测结果。
One office building in hot summer and warm winter zone is investigated in this paper. The local climate condition is researched, and the potential of energy saving by using natural ventilation technology is predicted by using CFD technology to simulate the natural ventilation effect of different office zones, according to the characteristics of air conditioning load of this building. The research shows the temperature difference is quite large among office zones with the maximum temperature difference is 10℃, and the energy saving potential is 41.5MWh·a-1, which is below the result by using routine predicting method.
