摘要
目前,土木工程专业工程人才培养在教学条件、培养模式等方面取得重要进步,但仍然存在校内教学模式落后、学生实践技能不强、考评方式不合理、入职后得不到系统有效培养等问题。为改进这些不足,提高人才培养质量,有必要创新学校教学模式、加强师资队伍建设、注重与地方产业的紧密结合;积极开展专业认证,增强学生对岗位的适应性;探寻在校期和入职期的多学科多领域交叉融合,注重初入职时期导师带徒培养,提高土木工程专业人员的综合技能。
Nowadays the teaching conditions and the training patterns to civil engineering professionals has made some important progress,but there are also some problems, such as the old teaching models, the weak practical skills of students、the unsuitable Evaluation System, and the lack of effectively cultivation to new staffs. To improve these inadequacies and develop the quality of personnel training,it is necessary to innovate the teaching model in school, strengthen the teaching teams, enhancing the cooperation with local industry,and it also should establish Professional Certification system, increase the adaptability of a post to the new staffs, find ways about synthesis of multi-specialization and multi-field in the periods of studying and working,to attach great importance about cultivating a new generation,to develop comprehensive ability of Civil Engineering professionals.
