This paper puts forward a new production site management mode-standardized production site management mode, and analyzes the "six elements" and "five key points" of production site management. It also expounds the examples and characteristics of the application of standardized production site management mode in the production of Yangpu Lineof Shanghai Metro, which shows that standardized production site management mode has a broad application space in production management.
