摘要 盐酸萘甲唑啉滴鼻液中含有抑菌剂硫柳汞,为了更好控制该产品质量,精确测定硫柳汞的含量,特建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:AngilentHC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:1%三乙胺溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.0)-甲醇(30:70);检测波长:220nm;进样量:20μL;流速1.0mol/min;柱温:40℃。结果:硫柳汞峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r>0.999),线性范围为0.1578~0.6312μg,加样回收率为99.6%~100.8%之间。结论:本方法灵敏,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于盐酸萘甲唑啉滴鼻液中硫柳汞的含量测定。 Naphthazolin Hydrochloride Nasal Drops contain thiomersal. In order to better control the quality of the product and accurately determine the content of thiomersal, a method for the determination of thiomersal by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. Methods: The chromatographic column was Angilent HC-C18(4.6mm×250mm, 5μm);mobile phase, 1% triethylamine solution (adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphate)-methanol (30:70), the detection wavelength was 220nm;the injection volume was 20μL, the flow rate was 1.0 mol/min;column temperature: 40 ℃. Results: The linear relationship between thiomersal peak area and concentration was good(r>0.999), the linear range was 0.1578~0.6312μg, and the recovery was 99.6%~100.8%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of the content of thiomersal in Naphthazolin Hydrochloride Nasal Drops.
