地铁车辆电气布线组装工艺分析 被引量:2

摘要 建设环保型社会为国家大力提倡,地铁车辆具有安全、绿色、节能的优势,与国家政策相符。文章立足于地铁车辆电气布线组装工艺,对于布线原则进行了分析,同时从设计流程、设计思路、装备设计三方面探究了地铁车辆电气布线组装工艺的设计工作,从施工前、施工中、施工后三个角度分析了落实布线组装工艺的对策,以此保障电气系统安全、可靠运转。 The construction of an environment-friendly society is vigorously advocated by the state, and subway vehicles have the advantages of safety, green and energy saving, which are in line with the national policy. Based on the assembly process of electrical wiring of subway vehicles, this paper analyzes the principles of wiring, and probes into the design of the assembly process of electrical wiring of subway vehicles from three aspects: design flow, design idea and equipment design. The countermeasures for the implementation of wiring assembly technology are analyzed from three angles: before construction, during construction and after construction, so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electrical system.
