660MW超超临界机组汽动给水泵推力瓦温度高故障原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,超超临界机组由于其先进的技术以及优异的性能,在全国取得了广泛运用,给水泵作为汽轮发电机组不可或缺的重要辅机,其工作情况的好坏与机组的安全运行息息相关。部分660MW超超临界机组在给水泵的选择上,配置采用的是一台100%负荷的汽动给水泵及一台30%负荷的电动给水泵,若汽动给水泵运行中故障跳闸,往往意味着汽轮发电机组的跳闸解列。文章对某厂660MW超超临界机组汽动给水泵推力瓦温度高的原因进行了分析,通过排除与验证,发现平衡鼓与平衡套之间间隙过小是造成推力瓦温度高的主要原因,更换新的平衡鼓后,汽动给水泵推力瓦温度恢复正常。 In recent years, ultra-supercritical unit has been widely used in the whole country because of its advanced technology and excellent performance. Feed water pump is an indispensable auxiliary machine of turbogenerator set. Its working condition is closely related to the safe operation of the unit. In the selection of feedwater pumps, some 660MW ultra-supercritical units are configured with a 100% load steam feed pump and a 30% load electric feed pump. If the steam feed pump fails to trip during operation, it often means the tripping of turbogenerator sets. In this paper, the reason for the high temperature of thrust pad of steam feed pump in 660MW ultra-supercritical unit of a certain factory is analyzed. Through exclusion and verification, it is found that the main reason for the high temperature of thrust pad is that the clearance between balance drum and balance sleeve is too small. After the replacement of the new balance drum, the thrust pad temperature of the steam feed pump returned to normal.
