伊拉克承包商工程质量问题探析及改进措施

根据伊拉克鲁迈拉油田地面工程建设实际情况,结合伊拉克当地承包商在参加油田集输工程建设初期施工能力弱、焊接质量差的现状,全面分析了导致当地承包商焊接质量差的因素,有针对性地探索出了提高当地承包商焊接质量的相关措施。通过实践证明措施得当,显著提高了当地承包商的焊接质量和工作效率,有效提高了油田的上产速度和降低了施工成本,对提高油田的经济效益有较大贡献。在实践中经过分析、研究、采取的相关举措对类似于伊拉克等石油工业建设相对落后的国家和地区的油气田建设开发工作具有较高的参考价值。

Based on the practice in Rumaila oil field construction, regarding to the reality of inefficient construction capacity and poor welding quality for Iraq local contractors, we analyzed the factors which lead to the poor welding quality and the improving measures were provided accordingly. The measures can significantly improve Iraq local contractors’ welding quality and work efficiency testified by construction practice. This can improve the oil production in a short time and save construction costs, which can make great contribution to improve oil field economic benefit. The measures raised in our practice can be used as effective reference for oil field construction in the counties which are similar as Iraq has laggard basis of oil industry construction ability.
