摘要
为全面、准确地理解和执行《六堡茶斗茶规范》标准,文章对标准的制定背景、内容框架、核心内容、创新点、实施后的预期效果等进行解读和说明。该标准在继承我国传统斗茶中的斗品质和广泛参与的基础上,引入现代公正监督、优化评委人员构成、媒体宣传、审评分数系数分配、自由裁量权行使引导等机制,强化了专业评委资格要求、茶叶感官评分标准、审评计分办法,规定了六堡茶斗茶规范,具有科学性、实用性和可操作性。该标准既批判性继承了历史上斗茶方法,也创造性发展了现代斗茶实践,可以更好地继承弘扬斗茶文化精华,对六堡茶产业的标准化、规范化管理有促进作用,值得推广和借鉴。
In order to comprehensively and accurately understand and implement the standard of“Liupao Tea fights”,this paper explained background,content framework,core content interpretation,innovation points and expected effects after implementation of the standards.The standard,based on quality-oriented and participation-oriented tradition,introduced modern supervision,judge personnel composition,media publicity,the review score coefficient distribution,and discretion to exercise the guiding mechanism,strengthen the professional qualifications of the judges,sensory scoring criteria,evaluation method.The regulations of the Liupao Tea Making Competition has been made,which has the features of being scientific practicable and feasible.This standard not only inherit the methods in the history,but also promote the standardization and standardized management of Liupao Tea industry.It is worthy of publicity and reference.
