摘要
文章从品牌创新、茶树品种改植换种、加工工艺创新、销售模式创新等方面阐述了寿宁高山茶的创新与发展。同时,针对当前寿宁高山茶存在的问题,提出了加强茶叶科技服务体系、茶叶质量安全标准体系、市场和营销体系建设等建议,以期提升寿宁高山茶品牌知名度,促进农业增效与农民增收。
This paper discussed the innovation and development of Shouning High Mountain Tea from the innovation of the brand,processing technology,sales model,planting new varieties of tea trees and so on.For the current problems of Shouning High Mountain Tea,advice were proposed to strengthen constructing of the tea technology service system,the tea quality safety standard system,the tea marketing system,with the aim of increasing the brand awareness of Shouning High Mountain Tea and promoting agricultural efficiency and farmers'income.
