摘要
学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》、《幼儿园教师专业标准》、《幼儿园工作规程》等文件的施行,推动了学前教育事业的发展:幼儿入园率稳步上升、学前教育专业生源规模持续激增、幼儿园增设工作岗位等。然而,每年依然有大量的幼儿教师离职,学前教育毕业生不入行,师资缺口大。从专业认同视角探讨现状,并提出相应改善措施。
Preschool education is an important part of basic education. The implementation of the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)","Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers" and "Procedural Work Rules for Kindergartens" promotes the development of preschool education.Besides, the rate of children's admission is steadily rising, the number of students in pre-primary education continues to surge, and the number of jobs in kindergartens has increased. However, there are still a large number of preschool teachers leaving their jobs every year. Preschool education graduates do not enter the profession, and the teacher gap is large. This article will explore the situation from the perspective of professional identity and propose corresponding improvement measures.
