摘要
研究了采用氯化焙烧—水浸工艺从钨尾矿中提取铷、锂和钾。考察了尾矿粒度、氯化剂种类及用量、尾矿焙烧温度和时间及水浸液固质量比和温度对铷、锂、钾回收率的影响。试验结果表明:对粒度为-0.5mm占95%的尾矿,在CaCl2、NaCl和尾矿质量配比为3∶3∶10条件下于950℃下焙烧2h,所得高温焙砂与纯水按液固质量比2∶1混合浸出2h,铷、锂、钾浸出率分别为87.6%、75.9%和75.6%,浸出效果较好。
The chlorination roasting-water leaching process was adopted to extract rubidium,lithium and potassium from a tungsten tailing.The effects of tailings particle size,chlorination dosage,roasting temperature and time,liquid-to-solid mass ratio and water leaching temperature during water leaching on leaching of rubidium,lithium and potassium were examined.The results show that the leaching of rubidium,lithium and potassium are 87.6%,75.9%and 75.6%,respectively at the following experimental condition of tailing particle size of-0.5 mm accounting 95%,roasting temperature of 950℃,roasting time of 2 h and CaCl 2,NaCl and tailings mass ratio of 3∶3∶10,then the calcined product is leached using pure water with the conditions of liquid-to-solid mass ratio of 2∶1 and leaching time of 2 h.The rubidium,lithium and potassium in the tungsten tailings can be leaching effectively by the process.
