用纳滤膜浓缩分离技术处理铜萃余液试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了用纳滤膜浓缩分离技术处理含钴铜萃余液,考察了纳滤浓缩过程中操作压力、原液流量、运行时间、铜萃余液中Co^2+质量浓度等对浓缩性能的影响。结果表明,纳滤膜对钴离子的截留率随操作压力、原液流量、运行时间及钴离子质量浓度增大而减小;硫酸回收率随操作压力、原液流量增大及运行时间延长而提高。采用浓缩液全循环运行工艺处理钴质量浓度1.196g/L、游离硫酸质量浓度16.5g/L的铜萃余液,在操作压力1.8MPa、原液流量1.4m3/h、运行时间2h条件下,钴离子截留率和硫酸回收率分别达96.72%和67.48%,实现了铜萃余液中有用资源的回收。 The copper raffinate cobalt-containing was concentrated and separated by nanofiltration membrane technology.Influence of parameters such as operation pressure,feed flux,running time and Co 2+concentration in the raffinate on process performances was examined.The results show that the interception rate of Co^2+decreases with increasing of operating pressur,feed flux,running time and Co 2+concentration.The recovery rate of sulfuric acid increases with increasing of operating pressure,flux and running time.When copper raffinate contains Co^2+of 1.196 g/L and free sulfuric acid of 16.5 g/L,the interception rate of Co^2+and recovery rate of sulfuric acid reach 96.72%and 67.48%,respectively under the conditions of operating pressure of 1.8 MPa,feed flux of 1.4 m^3/h and running time of 2 h.The comprehensive recovery is realized.
