摘要 压力变送器广泛应用于工业生产中,目前压力变送器的校准常使用数字压力控制器作为标准器,但其校准过程需要人工操作.针对压力变送器人工校准效率低、错误率高的问题,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的压力变送器自动校准系统.依据《JJG882-2004压力变送器检定规程》,通过计算机的RS232串口实现对数字压力控制器、多通道数据采集器的自动控制、数据采集及处理,系统可同时实现多组压力变送器的自动校准并生成相对应的原始记录并存储,方便后期查询. Pressure transmitter is widely used in industrial production. At present, digital pressure controller is often used as standard device in the calibration of pressure transmitter, but its calibration process needs manual operation. Aiming at the problem of low manual calibration efficiency and high error rate of pressure transmitter, an automatic calibration system of pressure transmitter based on LabVIEW is designed. According to JJG882-2004 Verification Regulation of Pressure Transmitter, the automatic control, data acquisition and processing of digital pressure controller and multi-channel data acquisition device are realized through RS232 serial port of computer. The system can simultaneously realize the automatic calibration of multi-group pressure transmitters and generate corresponding original records and store them, which is convenient for later inspection.
