摘要
主要设计了一种全新的专利产品——细长杆泄压阀.该产品可以单独使用又可以和任何种类的主阀配合使用.为了让人更好的了解该产品,从泄压阀的背景及本泄压阀结构原理开始介绍,并用欧拉方程公式编写数学软件计算各个参数,让各个参数达到最优化,同时采用三维建模检验设计的正确及合理性.细长杆泄压阀在结构设计上采用了模块化设计,阀体部分采用小巧多通道的活塞式结构,上部固定细长杆采用可调节的立柱结构,便于细长杆更换安装.本文介绍的细长杆也是通过反复试验选出来的特殊材质,并通过特殊工艺加工而成.该产品具有结构独特、动作灵活、密封精度高等显著特点.
It mainly designed a brand new patented product-slender rod pressure relief valve, which can be used alone and can be used in conjunction with any kind of main valve. In order to get a better understanding of the product, this paper introduces the background of the pressure relief valve and the structure principle of the pressure relief valve, and uses the Euler equation formula to write mathematical software to calculate each parameter, so that each parameter can be optimized, and at the same time adopts three-dimensional modeling to test the correctness and rationality of the design.The slender rod pressure relief valve adopts a modular design in its structural design. The valve body part adopts a compact multi-channel piston structure, and the upper fixed slender rod adopts a adjustable column structure to facilitate the replacement and installation of slender rods. The slender bar introduced in this paper is also a special material selected through repeated tests and processed by special processes. The product has the characteristics of unique structure, flexible movement and high sealing precision.
