摘要
从压力变送器的系统原理和典型架构分析了变送器产品的功能和技术难点,以ADI公司的Smart Pressure Transmitter为例,详细介绍了压力变送器配套上位机软件的主界面、压力标定、温度补偿和输出校准操作过程,用多个温度点下标定系列压力值的方法实现了最小二乘法温度补偿.经测试标定软件操作简单,流程清晰,达到了压力变送器设备出厂标定和温度补偿的预期效果,可以提升产品的标定和测试效率.
