压力变送器调试软件的研究与应用

摘要 从压力变送器的系统原理和典型架构分析了变送器产品的功能和技术难点,以ADI公司的Smart Pressure Transmitter为例,详细介绍了压力变送器配套上位机软件的主界面、压力标定、温度补偿和输出校准操作过程,用多个温度点下标定系列压力值的方法实现了最小二乘法温度补偿.经测试标定软件操作简单,流程清晰,达到了压力变送器设备出厂标定和温度补偿的预期效果,可以提升产品的标定和测试效率. From Pressure Transmitter system principle and the typical architecture Transmitter is analyzed the features of the product and technical difficulties, with ADI company Smart Pressure Transmitter as an example, introduced the Pressure Transmitter supporting PC software main interface of calibration, calibration of Pressure, temperature compensation and output operation process, with multiple point temperature calibration series Pressure value of the temperature compensation method to realize the least squares method. The test and calibration software is simple to operate and has a clear flow, which achieves the expected effect of factory calibration and temperature compensation of pressure transmitter equipment, and can improve the product calibration and test efficiency.
