摘要 功率控制系统是反应堆的重要系统之一,反应堆的功率控制是通过移动控制棒来实现的.其中,控制棒的控制算法是功率控制中的核心技术,能否对控制棒的位置进行精准控制决定了反应堆功率控制的稳定性和准确性.介绍了基于功率控制系统实现对控制棒提/降棒动作的控制算法,解决了核电站控制棒调试过程中发现的位移偏差过大问题,通过改变功率控制系统控制方案的方法大大降低了棒位偏差,达到精准控制的效果. Power control system is one of the most important systems in the reactor. Control of the power of the reactor relies on movements of the control rods, in which the control algorithms of rods are the core technology of power control. Whether the position of control pads being accurately controlled defines the robustness and accuracy of the reactor power control. This paper introduced a control algorithm of moving up and downwards to control rods which be realized through DCS configuration, we solved the problem of excessive displacement deviation in the process of adjustment for control rods in nuclear power plants, and finally reduced rod position deviation by changing the control scheme of DCS system. The modified control scheme reduces the displacement deviation of the control rods and achieves the goal of precise control.
