摘要
在发电厂汽轮机组中,ETS保护系统是非常重要的.它不仅可以提高劳动生产率和电能质量,还能降低发电成本,改善劳动条件,并为大型机组的安全、经济运行提供可靠保证.但是目前很多的汽轮机组ETS保护系统都存在一些问题,导致其可靠性受到影响,必须加强改进,提高该保护系统的可靠性,确保汽轮机组的安全运行.结合某电厂在隐患排查中发现的ETS保护硬回路和软逻辑中存在单点保护隐患并对其进行优化的实例,论述汽轮机组ETS保护系统可靠性分析以及改进措施,希望能够为同行提供借鉴和参考.
ETS protection systems are very important in power plant turbine units. It can not only improve labor productivity and power quality, but also reduce the cost of power generation, improve working conditions, and provide a reliable guarantee for the safe and economic operation of large units. However, many current turbine units ETS protection systems have some problems, resulting in its reliability is affected, it is necessary to improve the reliability of the protection system, to ensure the safe operation of the turbine unit. Combined with the examples of the existence of a single point of protection hidden in the ETS protection hard circuit and soft logic found in a power plant in the detection of hidden dangers and optimizing it, this paper discusses the reliability analysis and improvement measures of the ETS protection system of the turbine unit, hoping to provide reference for the peers.
