摘要
以煤化工智能工厂为例,以提升企业整体经济效益和生产效率为目标,简要阐述如何通过PID回路控制优化的方式提升装置自控率和平稳率,实现产品质量提高、单耗成本和操作工劳动强度降低.该方案具有可行性和实际应用价值.
Taking the intelligent coal chemical plant as an example, with the goal of improving the overall economic benefit and production efficiency of the enterprise, this paper briefly expounds how to improve the automatic control rate and stability rate of the device through PID loop control optimization, and realize the improvement of product quality, single cost and operator labor intensity reduction.
