摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)iDose4迭代重建技术在冠状动脉心肌桥检测中的应用价值。方法选择2015-2018年在上海市徐汇区中心医院至少进行过一次滤波反投影(FBP)重建和iDose4迭代重建的41例CCTA检查的患者。患者均采用64层螺旋CT机进行冠状动脉CT血管成像,并进行FBP重建和iDose4迭代重建,对比2种重建方式对冠状动脉心肌桥检出情况,同时计算两者图像信噪比(SNR)和对比噪声比(CNR)。结果iDose4显示冠状动脉心肌桥检出率(58%,24/41)略高于FBP(51%,21/41),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);iDose4组心肌桥检出数量(32处)高于对FBP(26处);Dose4图像质量评分(2.8±0.8)分与FBP(12±4)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);iDose4图像SNR(12±4)分和CNR(18±6)分与FBP图像(2.8±0.7)分、(13±4)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠状动脉CT血管成像iDose4迭代重建技术对冠状动脉心肌桥检测准确性较高,且辐射量较低,可为该病临床诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of i Dose 4 iteration reconstruction technique in coronary CT angiography(CCTA) in detecting coronary myocardial bridge. Methods Forty-one CCTA patients who underwent FBP reconstruction and iDose 4 iteration reconstruction at least once in Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital from2015 to 2018 were selected. All patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT angiography of coronary artery, FBP reconstruction and iDose 4 iteration reconstruction. The detection of coronary myocardial bridge was compared between the two reconstruction methods, and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR) were calculated.Results iDose 4 showed that the detection rate of coronary myocardial bridges(58%,24/41) was slightly higher than that of FBP(51%,21/41), but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the number of myocardial bridges detected in iDose 4 group(32 sites) was higher than that of FBP(26 sites);there was no significant difference in Dose4 image quality score(2.8±0.8 points) compared with FBP(12.4±4.2 points)(P>0.05);and the SNR of iDose 4 image(12±4 points) had no significant difference. There was no significant difference between CNR(18.0±6.2) and FBP(2.8±0.7) and(13±4)(P>0.05). Conclusion IDose 4 iteration reconstruction technique of coronary CT angiography has high accuracy in detecting coronary myocardial bridge and low radiation dose, which can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of this disease.
