摘要
PDM(Product Data Management)系统是管理企业产品设计信息和研发过程技术的信息系统。BOM(Bill ofMaterial)系统用于支持产品价值链中与产品数据相关业务系的统。BOM与PDM系统的有效集成确保了BOM数据的集中管理。文章以云度新能源汽车建设一体化产品研发平台为契机,设计研究了一种新的PDM与BOM系统的集成方式,实现对产品相关的数据、过程、资源一体化集成管理要求。
The PDM(Product Data Management)system is an information system that manages enterprise product design information and R&D process technology.The BOM(Bill of Material)system is used to support the business system related to product data in the product value chain.The effective integration of BOM and PDM systems ensures centralized management of BOM data.This paper takes the YUDO New-Energy Automobile Construction Integrated Product R&D Platform as an opportunity to design and research a new PDM and BOM system integration method to realize integrated manage-ment requirements for product-related data,process and resources.
