摘要
造成纯电动铝合金车身地板抖动主要有三个原因,一是铝合金材料的杨氏模量是传统钢材料的三分之一;二是纯电动铝合金车身的动力电池往往布置在地板下方,导致地板下方没有足够的空间设计铝合金纵梁;三是铝合金车身主要连接形式为FDS和铆接加结构胶。文章通过对结构的优化以及对不同类型阻尼垫的测试研究,解决了铝合金车身地板抖动问题。
There are three main reasons for the vibration of electric aluminum body floor.First,the Young's modulus of the aluminum alloy material is one-third of the traditional steel material;the second is that the power battery of the pure electric aluminum alloy body is often arranged under the floor,resulting in There is not enough space under the floor to design the aluminum-0 alloy longitudinal beam;the third is the main connection form of the aluminum alloy body is FDS and riveting plus structural adhesive.In this paper,the optimization of the structure and the test of different types of damping pads significantly determine the problem of aluminum alloy floor floor jitter.
