摘要
为降低混凝土搅拌运输车的整车高度,降低上装的重心位置,文章重点通过分析普通搅拌车的上装结构及其主副车架的连接方式,采用取消副车架设计方案,并对上装前后机架进行优化改进,以满足底盘车架连接的需要。通过车架的受力分析,对薄弱区域进行加强。为开发无副梁搅拌车提供一种设计思路。
In order to reduce the height of the mixed soil mixing transport vehicle,reduce the position of the center of gravity.This paper mainly analyzes the top structure of the general blender and the connection mode of the main and auxiliary frame,adopts the design scheme of canceling the sub frame,and optimizes the front and rear frame to meet the needs of the chassis frame connection.The weak area is strengthened by the stress analysis of the frame.It provides a design idea for the development of non-beam mixing truck.
