摘要
白车身的刚度是影响整车NVH性能及操纵性的重要评价指标,通过结构灵敏度分析可获得最优的白车身结构刚度设计,而通过利用CAE分析对局部模型刚性化后的白车身刚度、模态性能变化计算结构的灵敏度是一种有效的结构优化参考方法。
Stiffness of BIW is an important evaluation index that affects NVH performance and maneuverability of the whole vehicle,Through structural sensitivity analysis,the optimal structural stiffness design of BIW can be obtained,CAE analysis is an effective reference method for structural optimization to calculate structural sensitivity for stiffness and modal perfor-mance changes of BIW after local model rigidization.
