摘要
文章通过对某车型白车身仿真模态与试验模态的对比分析,以试验模态数据为真实数据作参考,对试验与仿真中局部应变能和位移较大位置进行分析并加以改进,优化后的仿真模态参数与试验模态参数基本一致,最终结果符合要求。此方法可缩短研发周期,提高仿真结果的准确性。
Based on the comparative analysis of simulation modal and test modal of a car body-in-white,and taking the test modal data as a reference,the local strain energy and displacement position in the test and simulation are analyzed and improved.The optimized simulation modal parameters are basically consistent with the test modal parameters,and the final results meet the requirements.This method can shorten the development cycle and improve the accuracy of simulation results.
