摘要
本文通过优化铝合金车轮支架差压铸造充型过程曲线,解决了工件内部部分区域的气孔缺陷问题,避免了产品结构及模具结构的修改,提高了产品质量,优化了开发成本,为解决差压铸造产品内部的侵入性气孔缺陷,提供了一种可行的过程工艺优化方法。
In this paper,by optimizing the filling curve of aluminum alloy wheel bracket counter pressure casting,the problem of porosity defects in the inner part of the workpiece is solved,the modification of product structure and mold structure is avoided,the product quality is improved,the development cost is optimized.The problem of porosity defects in the cast product provides a feasible process optimization method.
