产教深度融合背景下汽车维修专业人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Talents Training for Automobile Maintenance Specialty under the Background of in-depth integration of production and education

文章以江苏省交通技师学院汽车维修专业为例,坚持以问题为导向,产教深度融合,校企全方位合作培养专业人才,从产教深度融合汽维修人才培养机制建设、师资队伍建设、项目化课程体系建设及评价考核体系创新等方面对汽车维修专业人才培养模式进行探索与实践,培养出满足地方经济发展急需的技能型人才。

Taking the automobile maintenance specialty of Jiangsu Jiaotong College as an example,this paper insists on problem-oriented,deep integration of production and education,and all-round cooperation between schools and enterprises to train professional talents.It explores and explores the training mode of automobile maintenance specialty talents from the aspects of deep integration of production and education,the construction of teaching staff,the construction of project-based curriculum system and the innovation of evaluation and assessment system.In practice,we should cultivate skilled talents to meet the urgent needs of local economic development.
