汽车发动机装调课程教学改革与探索

Teaching Reform and Exploration on Course of Assembly and Debugging of Automotive Engine

在发动机再制造产业发展和新版《报废机动车回收管理办法》实施的大背景下,高职院校汽车制造专业的发动机课程理应与时俱进,积极探索出与发动机再制造行业发展相契合的知识架构和内容。课程探索,在《汽车发动机装配与调试》课程原有内容的基础上,结合学生具体学情,增加发动机再制造工艺需要的部分知识,比如旧零件分类、旧零件清洗、旧零件筛选、旧零件加工、再制造零件检测等。课程改革和探索,旨在让学生掌握发动机再制造技术和工艺流程,并且为发动机再制造行业培养合格的一线技术人员。

With the development of engine remanufacturing industry and the implementation of Measures for the Admini-stration of Recycling of scrapped Motor vehicles,engine-related courses provided by vocational colleges need to pace up with the society,exploring actively new course framework and contents that are in line with the current status of engine remanufacturing industry.Based on the course of engine assembling and adjusting and students’learning status,this course endeavors to incorporate the necessary knowledge of categorizing,cleaning,selecting,processing the old engine parts,together with assessing the remanufactured engine parts.This course reform aims to equip students with the ability of engine remanufacturing skills,thus cultivate qualified technicians engaged in the engine remanufacturing industry.
