转运就是将一件物品从一个地点运送至另一个需求地点,来回运输的一个过程。转运的作用就是为保障生产计划达成,并根据日计划执行,将白车身、油漆车身及相关物资安全、准时运送至各需求点,满足生产计划,保障生产运行。根据生产要求,合理分配工作,制定岗位职责,从而保证焊涂转运正常运行。
