新乡市报废汽车回收体系研究

Study on the Recycling System of Waste Vehicles in Xinxiang City

随着我国汽车生产量与保有量逐年攀升,报废汽车量也随之增长。文章在新乡市报废汽车回收体系现状的研究基础上,对报废汽车回收现行法律政策条文和法定报废流程做了调查,从中总结出新乡市报废汽车回收体系距离先进地区存在的三个问题,为地方后续发展改进提供参考。

With the increasing production and ownership of automobiles in China,the number of abandoned automobiles has also increased.Based on the study of the Recycling System of Waste Vehicles in Xinxiang City.This paper investigates the current legal policy provisions and legal scrap process of the scrap automobile recycling,and summarizes three problems existing in the advanced areas of the scrap automobile recycling system in Xinxiang City,which can provide reference for local follow-up development and improvement.
