摘要
通过对铝板拉伸机的设备构成和拉伸动作过程进行分析,提出了拉伸机电气控制系统的设计方案和具体控制方法,有效地解决了铝板拉伸过程中的压力、位置、速度等关键参数的控制精度问题。
By analyzing device constitutes and stretching motion process of aluminum plate stretching machine,design project and specific control method of stretching machine electrical control system have been put forward,which efficiently solved control precision issues of vital parameters including pressure,position and speed in the process of aluminum plate stretching.
