摘要
针对技改后的半连轧生产线生产方钢最易产生缺陷进行研究,通过对发生缺陷现象的观察和分析,制定了整改方案。方案从现场的实际情况出发,结合理论依据,切实解决了问题。经过现场实际的生产验证,取得了理想效果。
Regarding to typical defects of square steel on semi-continuous rolling production line after technical renovation,defects phenomena have been observed and analyzed and corresponding renovation project has been established.Based on the actual situation on work site,and combing with theoretical basis,the project has solved the issues and obtained satisfied effects proved by practical production.
