冷床上卸钢与打捆机在设计时分别采用独立的液压系统单独控制,故障点多,维护工作量大,将两个液压系统合并,降低了系统电耗和功率损失,取得了良好的经济效益。

Owning to upper steel discharging system and bander on bar production line cold bed possessing respective hydraulic system control,this design has shortcomings of many defects and heavy maintenance workload,therefore renovation of combination of two hydraulic systems has been put forword to reduce electric consumtion and power loss of the system and obtain well economic benefits.
