摘要
对06Cr13钢卷在推拉式不锈钢酸洗机组中酸洗产生的氧化铁皮残留缺陷进行分析,得出氧化铁皮残留缺陷产生的原因,并采取相应的预防措施,达到客户要求的控制板面质量要求。
By analyzing iron oxide residue defects on the surface of 06Cr13 steel coil during pickling on push-pull stainless steel pickling line,cause of iron oxide residue defects has been concluded,furthermore corresponding prevention measures have been applied to achieve customers’control quality requirements of sheet surface.
