摘要
西部某煤矿1-2煤北翼保护煤柱被小煤矿盗采,部分防火密闭遭到破坏,一旦漏风通道长期持续供氧将导致该煤矿采空区遗煤自燃,引发矿井火灾。为了消除小煤矿盗采造成的安全隐患,采用地面打钻灌浆技术进行防灭火治理。从钻孔设计和灌浆设计两方面制定了灌浆方案,并从钻孔施工进度、灌浆情况、气体情况3方面对灌浆效果进行分析。实践发现,对采空区漏风通道进行封堵,实现了稳固采空区顶板,以防大面积垮落,防止采空区遗煤自燃的目的。
The protective coal pillar in the north wing of a coal mine was mined by small coal mine,and part of the fireproof sealing wall was destroyed,which easily caused spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf.In order to eliminate the safety hazards,the ground drilling grouting technology was adopted for fire prevention and control.The grouting scheme was formulated from the aspects of borehole design and grouting design,and the grouting effect was analyzed from the aspects of drilling progress,grouting situation and gas condition.The practice shows that by blocking air leakage passage in goaf,large area caving of roof and spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf were prevented.
