摘要
为了改变目前黄陵二号煤矿207工作面高位裂隙瓦斯抽采现状,提高钻孔抽采效率。在掌握顶底板及本煤层瓦斯赋存情况下,得出207工作面瓦斯富集区分布的基础上,首先通过工作面裂隙带的界定,找准了裂隙带分布;接着进行钻孔施工设计优化,将钻孔控制垂高增大;随后,继续增加大角度(夹角)钻孔,增加钻孔数量并向工作面中间布置。通过对高位裂隙瓦斯抽采钻孔优化前后抽采效果对比,得到了高瓦斯区域内综采工作面高位裂隙钻孔优化的实践方法和钻孔控制理想范围,提高了高瓦斯区域内工作面上隅角瓦斯治理效果,对后期相邻工作面同类型钻孔抽采、参数优化及效果分析具有借鉴意义。
In order to improve gas extraction effect of high-level fracture,by analyzing coal seam roof and floor conditions and gas occurrence characteristics in No.207 working face of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine,the distribution of gas enrichment area and roof fissure zone in working face were determined,and the borehole optimization scheme of increasing drilling depth,drilling angle and drilling quantity was proposed.Practice shows that by optimizing the gas extraction borehole of high-level fracture,the gas control effect of the upper corner of working face in high-gas area was improved,which has reference significance for the optimization of borehole extraction parameters and effect analysis in adjacent working face.
