废弃石油井内油气对煤层开采危害及安全评价

Hazard and safety assessment of oil and gas in abandoned oil wells to coal mining

为了研究废弃石油井内油气对煤层安全开采的影响,基于双马煤矿现场实际情况,对油气危害进行了系统分析,并运用作业条件危险性评价法对危害进行了安全评价。结果表明:油气危害来源于废弃石油井将煤层与含油层导通后,油井周围采煤时工作面油气含量严重超标;危害主要体现在油气有毒有害、易燃易爆、污染井下环境以及腐蚀井下设备;危害危险性评价等级为2级,高度危险,需立即整治,并针对评价结果给出了危害防治措施。该研究对双马煤矿以及全国类似煤矿煤层的安全高效开采具有一定借鉴意义。

In order to study the impact of oil and gas in abandoned oil wells on the safe coal mining,based on the real situation of Shuangma Coal Mine,the oil and gas hazard was systematically analyzed,and the LEC assessment method was used to evaluate the hazard.The results show that when abandoned oil wells connect the coal seam with the oil-bearing formation,the oil and gas content in the working face around the wells seriously exceeds the standard.The hazard assessment shows that the working face is highly dangerous and needs immediate remediation.According to the assessment results,the hazard prevention and control measures were proposed.The research has certain reference significance for the safe and efficient mining of coal seams with similar conditions.
