摘要 运用虚拟现实技术(VR),开展煤矿生产工艺流程、主要设备、生产环境三维可视化展示系统设计,还原真实作业场景,通过大屏幕、VR头显设备,可以“身临其境”的感受煤矿采煤、掘进等生产情况。设计建立的系统对煤矿主要生产设备及作业场景进行三维建模,运用VR专业游戏引擎模拟真实的流程作业,实现了生产工艺流程的可视化展示。此外,三维虚拟环境支持多种媒体和人机交互手段,可使煤矿安全生产管理人员、外来参观人员更加直观地对煤矿生产过程产生全局性观瞻。 Using virtual reality technology(VR),the three-dimensional visual display system design of mine production process,main equipment and production environment will be carried out,and the real operation scene will be restored.Through the large screen and VR head display equipment,you can experience the production situation of coal mining,tunneling and so on.Through the three-dimensional modeling of main production equipment and operation scene in coal mine,using VR professional game engine to simulate the real process operation,the visual display of production process was realized.In addition,the three-dimensional virtual environment supports a variety of media and human-computer interaction means,which can make the coal mine safety management personnel and foreign visitors more intuitive to produce a global view of the coal mine production process.
