浅析金属切削设备故障诊断与维修方法 被引量:1

摘要 机械设备朝着自动化的方向发展,加大对各类金属加工设备维修故障的诊断有利于提高设备的工作效率。为明确金属切削机械设备维修在故障诊断过程中的影响因素和应对方法,进行了初步分析和探究。再以常见的普通车床为例,论述了金属切削设备的故障原因及分析方法后,结合机械设备磨损的原因及磨损程度的一般规律,得出了车床加工质量精度下降、车削加工中导致零件产生锥度等典型故障的排除方法。及时地检查和排除故障,加大对各类金属加工设备维修故障的诊断有利于提高设备的工作效率,保障企业正常的安全生产。 With the development of mechanical equipment towards automation,intelligent fault diagnosis of metal processing equipment is conducive to improving the efficiency of the equipment.Taking the common lathe as an example,combined with the general law of wear cause and wear degree of the mechanical equipment,the influencing factors of fault diagnosis were analyzed,and the solutions to typical faults such as the decline of lathe processing accuracy and the taper of parts in turning process were proposed.Inspecting and removing faults in time and strengthening the fault diagnosis of metal processing equipment are conducive to improving the working efficiency of equipment and ensuring the normal production of enterprises.
