一种矿用防爆电动无轨胶轮车货箱设计

摘要 矿用防爆无轨胶轮车广泛应用于井下施工和生产中,是现代化矿井的重要装备。为探寻新型矿用防爆电动无轨胶轮车货箱的设计方法,对货箱及货箱举升结构方案做了详细的介绍。首先,明确了货箱设计思路及要求;接着从货箱总体结构及参数、货箱油缸举升支座设计、货箱与车架连接的后举升铰接座设计、货箱后面板部件设计、货箱与车架限位支座设计、货箱检修支撑装置设计等方面详述了货箱结构设计方案,并对货箱进行有限元分析,得出各工况下应力最大值结果;采用理论计算的方法,验证并确定了货箱举升系统设计方案。经矿区跑车试验和后续使用效果观察,该货箱结构布置合理,各项指标均能满足实际使用需求,结构可靠。 Due to the lack of track restriction,Trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is widely used in underground construction and production.The design optimization of cargo box for mine explosion-proof electric trackless rubber-tyred truck trunk was discussed.Firstly,the design idea and requirements of container are clarified.Secondly,from the overall structure and parameters,lifting support,lifting hinge seat,panel component design,limit support design,maintenance support device and so on,the structural design scheme of container was proposed.Thirdly,the finite element analysis of the container was carried out to obtain the maximum stress results under various working conditions.Finally,the design scheme of the container lifting system was determined.Experiments show that the structure of the designed container is reasonable,and each index can meet the actual demand.
