摘要 在本煤层钻孔施工中,根据煤层瓦斯含量、抽采半径不同而对不同密度和深度的钻孔施工,从而实现本煤层瓦斯的精准抽采。在高位裂隙钻孔施工过程中,通过研究高位“竖三带”和“横三区”与瓦斯场和裂隙场的关系,合理设计高位钻孔参数,实现高位钻孔瓦斯的精准抽采;此外,研究了不同抽采负压对瓦斯抽采效果的影响。结果表明,通过优化钻孔、钻场参数,合理布置采掘巷道,有效利用了瓦斯抽采系统能力,可在确保矿井生产安全的前提下,提高工作效率,降低生产成本,从而实现矿井瓦斯的精准抽采。 In the drilling construction of the coal seam,the drilling parameters were determined according to the gas content and the extraction radius of the coal seam,so as to realize the precise gas extraction of the coal seam.In the construction of high-level fissure drilling,by studying the relationship between the“vertical three zones”and“horizontal three zones”with the gas field and the fracture field,the high-level drilling parameters were reasonably designed to achieve accurate gas extraction of high-level boreholes.In addition,the effect of different negative pressure on gas extraction was studied.The results show that by optimizing the drilling parameters,rationally arranging the mining roadway and effectively utilizing the gas extraction system,the work efficiency can be improved,the production cost can be reduced,and the accurate gas extraction can be achieved under the premise of ensuring the production safety of the mine.
