摘要
KBZ400/1140(660)矿用真空隔爆馈电开关在煤矿生产中有着广泛应用,煤矿目前井下所用的馈电开关中老款开关数量仍然较大,其的特征在于操作按钮只有合闸、分闸、确认、下行、试验5个按键,没有设置上行键,这样的设计虽然简化了生产工艺和设备造价,但是给使用单位电气工程师在操作中带来了一些麻烦,例如在调节整定值时只能进行单循环递减调节,一旦由于系统延迟等原因调错一个数值,便需要操作人员重新把参数调整一个循环,这样不仅浪费时间,也会影响工作效率,文中通过对控制按钮控制回路的改进,为老款KBZ400/1140(660)增加一个上行键,一方面可以使得低压真空馈电开关的操作更加简单,另一方面可以避免循环调节,提高工作人员调整馈电参数的工作效率。
KBZ400/1140(660)mine vacuum flameproof feed switch has been widely used in coal mine production,and its operation button only has five buttons of on,off,enter,down and test,and no up button is set.Although this design simplifies the production process and equipment cost,it also brings some troubles to the electrical engineer in the operation.For example,when adjusting the setting value,only one-cycle descending regulation can be carried out.If a value is misadjusted due to system delay and other reasons,operators need to adjust the parameters of a cycle again,which not only wastes time,but also affects work efficiency.By improving the control circuit of the control button,an up key is added to the old KBZ400/1140(660)low-voltage vacuum feed switch,which makes the operation easier and improves the efficiency in adjusting the feed parameters.
