Analysis and countermeasures on the speeding accident of downward belt conveyor

强力胶带输送机是煤矿井下常用的输送设备,其安全运行对生产工作有着重要意义。为减少下运式强力胶带输送机飞车现象的发生,从某矿发生的典型事故案例入手,分析了事故发生的主要原因和危害,发现造成飞车现象往往是由于煤量突然增大或给煤不均匀,导致了局部或者全部负载过大,使得胶带运行越来越快,从而对电机造成了损坏。接着,对下运式强力胶带输送机给出设计建议,并结合事故防范的思考提出对策及建议。通过对飞车现象的总结及思考,能够为胶带输送机的运行和管理提供参考。

Powerful belt conveyor is commonly used in underground coal mine,and its safe operation is of great significance to production work.In order to prevent the speeding accident of downward heavy-duty belt conveyor,the main causes and hazards of the accident were analyzed from typical accident cases.The research shows that the speeding accident is often caused by the sudden increase of coal or uneven coal feeding,resulting in excessive partial or total load,which makes the belt conveyor run faster and faster,thus damaging the motor.Finally,the design suggestions and countermeasures of downward belt conveyor were given,which can provide reference for the operation and management of belt conveyor.
