外泌体在肿瘤发病过程中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 外泌体(exosome,EXOs)是细胞内的多泡体与质膜融合后释放的、富含蛋白质、核酸的物质。外泌体特异性膜结构及内容物在肿瘤细胞间的物质交换及信息交流中发挥重要作用,在细胞与微环境之间起到桥梁连接的作用。同时,外泌体在调节肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移及肿瘤耐药等方面也发挥着重要作用。因此,针对外泌体的研究将为临床肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。本文就外泌体在肿瘤发病机制中的研究进行综述。 Exosome (EXOs) are proteins and nucleic acid-rich substances released by fusion of multivesicular bodies and plasma membranes in cells.The exosome-specific membrane structure and contents play an important role in the material exchange and information exchange between tumor cells,and play a role of bridge connection between the cells and the microenvironment.At the same time,exosomes also play an important role in regulating tumor cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,metastasis and tumor resistance.Therefore,research on exosomes will provide new ideas for the treatment of clinical tumors.This article reviews the research of exosomes in the pathogenesis of tumor cells.
