外语教师教学经验向学术产出转化案例研究

摘要 大学外语包括通用外语和学术外语两个方面。教学如何走向学术,如何更好地缓解外语教学与学术产出之间的矛盾,以此给我国高等教育质量水平带来质的提高已经成为社会各界关注的焦点,同时也是一个亟需解决的难题。通过回顾外语教师教学经验向学术产出转化的文献资料以及分析研究国内成功转化的案例,我国外语教师教学经验向学术产出转化主要存在着意识缺位、制度不完善、途径缺乏等三大困境。针对这些困境,需从增强外语教师观念意识、完善制度建设、拓宽实现途径等三方面进行积极应对。 College foreign languages include general foreign languages and academic foreign languages. How to make teaching more academic and how to better alleviate the contradiction between foreign language teaching and academic output, so as to improve the quality of higher education in China, has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society, but also a problem that needs to be solved urgently. Therefore, it is necessary to review the literature on the transformation of foreign language teachers' experience to academic output, and to analyze the successful cases at home and abroad. At present, there are three main difficulties in the transformation of foreign language teachers' experience to academic output: the lack of awareness, the imperfection of the system, and the lack of ways. In view of these difficulties, we should deal with them positively from the following three aspects: enhancing the awareness, improving the system construction and broadening the ways to realize the transformation.
